1. Perishable Product Policy
All our juices, smoothies, and cold beverages are made fresh to order. As such:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or drink items once they have been prepared and delivered.
We are unable to resell or reuse returned beverages for health and safety reasons.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive:
The wrong item
A damaged or spilled product
A missing item
Please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order. You must provide:
Your order number
A clear photo of the product
A brief description of the issue
